Each flushometer contains a quiet dual-seal diaphragm with a clog-resistant bypass and chemical-resistant gaskets and seals for an extended lifespan with lower maintenance costs. It also features a mechanical manual override button, an 11-1/2 in. rough-in, and a 1-1/2 in. top spud. The ZEMS6000PL-WS1-IS-MOB has a 1.6 GPF flush volume, a manual override button that provides a full flush, and a low-voltage, hardwired sensor built onto the valve for a reliable power supply to keep the application running without power-related issues. Customizable options include GPF flush volume, in-wall or on-valve sensor, and accessories to create a perfectly performing, water-saving application for any commercial retrofit or new construction project.
