## Description

Zinsser WaterTite LX Ultra Mold and Mildew Proof Waterproofing Paint is a low odor, latex-based paint designed to create an impermeable barrier to water on interior and above or below grade exterior, vertical or horizontal, concrete block and cast-in-place concrete. Premium waterproofer stops moisture from entering basement or cellar walls and stops water from exiting when applied to canals or holding basins. Modified acrylic copolymer formula provides excellent mold and mildew protection on the paint film and resists efflorescence.
