The Weller WLACCDP Desoldering Pump helps remove excess or unwanted solder from solder joints. In manual desoldering pumps, a vacuum is generated by means of a piston, cylinder, and spring force. The piston is manually tensioned and automatically secured. By pressing the release button, the piston is abruptly retracted and a brief vacuum is created so that the solder joint is freed from liquid solder.
