The Arlington railing brackets are IBC/IRC building code compliant. The kit includes 2 top brackets, 2 bottom brackets and fasteners. These brackets are made to be used with the Arlington Railing System (CBR-AR36-A6, CBR-AR36-A8, CBR-AR42-A6, CBR-AR42-A8) but are only needed if you intend to split a single railing kit and use in more than 1-place.
