## Description

The Viega MegaPressG press x female pipe thread adapter provides a transition from 3/4 in. Schedule 10 to Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe to 3/4 in. female threaded components in approved gas and fuel oil piping systems. The press connection helps eliminate welding and threading on the pipe side, improving installation speed while reducing hot work in new construction and retrofit applications. Smart Connect technology helps identify unpressed connections during pressure testing before startup. Built with a zinc-nickel coated carbon steel body and HNBR sealing element, this fitting is designed for approved non-potable gas applications.
