## Description

The Viega MegaPressG press x male pipe thread adapter is designed for gas and fuel oil systems using Schedule 10 to Schedule 40 carbon steel pipe. This fitting allows a fast transition between press piping and threaded components while eliminating welding and threading on the pipe side. Smart Connect technology helps identify unpressed connections during pressure testing before system startup. The zinc-nickel coated carbon steel body with HNBR sealing elements is engineered for approved non-potable gas applications including fuel gas and combustible liquid heating fuel piping systems.
