Uponor ProPEX Lead-free (LF) Brass Commercial Ball Valves with Stainless-steel Ball and Stem are approved for use in domestic potable-water and hydronic distribution applications. The full-port ball valves feature a lead-free brass body to meet safe drinking water requirements and a stainless-steel ball and stem for greater durability, longevity and system performance. A ProPEX expansion tool and ProPEX rings are required to make the ProPEX connection. Note that when using in hydronic distribution applications, these valves are compatible in systems using a propylene glycol mixture up to a maximum of 50% propylene glycol.
