The Uponor ProPEX Ice Maker Box with Support Brackets features a 1/2 in. lead-free (LF) brass valve with the durable, reliable ProPEX connection for added reliability when connecting ice makers in an Uponor PEX-a plumbing system. The high-impact box features a snap-in frame and 2-support brackets for quick, easy installation, and the 1/2 in. LF brass valve features the ProPEX connection on one side and a 1/4 in. O.D. compression connection on the other side. Note that the ProPEX connection requires the use of a ProPEX expansion tool and ProPEX rings (sold separately).
