J-B Weld Wood Filler provides long-lasting, permanent repairs on damaged wood. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use, it is ideal for touch-ups, fixing cracks, chips, scratches, holes and more. For best results, apply in 1/8 in. layers. Shallow fills under 1/4 in. dry in 2-6 hours, while deeper fills may require up to 24 hours. Once fully dry, the filler cures to a natural color, sands easily by hand or with an orbital sander, and can be painted or stained with latex or oil-based products.
