The TRIPLETT Model CM675IR-NIST True RMS Clamp Meter with Infrared Thermometer is an innovative tool for safe and efficient electrical measurements. Able to measure AC and DC currents up to 600 Amp non-intrusively by clamping around the conductor, it saves time and maintains circuit integrity. This model stands out with its 4:1 Infrared Thermometer, which enables instant non-contact surface temperature measurements, with a built-in laser for quick target area identification. It provides a comprehensive range of readings including Resistance, Capacitance, Frequency, Type K Temperature, Diode Test and Continuity, displayed on the 6000-count color EBTN display and a 60-segment analog bargraph for trend analysis. Other features include a VFD low pass filter, NCV Detector with LED, Relative Mode, Minimum/Maximum capture, Data Hold and Auto power off function. Adhering to the CAT IV-600-Volt safety standard, this device comes with a Limited Certificate of Traceability to NIST (without IR function), Test Leads, a Type K Thermocouple Bead Probe, (3) AAA batteries and a carrying case, along with a 1-year warranty.
