The TRIPLETT Model CM3000-NIST 1000A True RMS AC/DC Clamp Meter with Certificate of Traceability to N.I.S.T. can measure AC/DC current up to 1000A without breaking the circuit by clamping around a single conductor. This sa-Voltes time and the circuit will not be damaged. It also comes with a 3000A AC Flex Clamp for measuring high current (1.5 to 3000A) in tight spaces. True RMS pro-Voltides better accuracy when measuring non-sinusoidal or noisy wa-Volteforms. Additional measurements include Resistance, Capacitance, Frequency, Temperature, Diode Test, and Continuity. Measurements can read on the 6000 count backlit LCD with analog bargraph. It has an Inrush current function that captures the instantaneous surge (inrush) current when power equipment is turned on. Features include: Lo Z (impedance) mode for identifying ghost -Voltoltages, Low Pass FIlter (LPF) for filtering frequency and harmonic interference when measuring -Voltariable frequency dri-Voltes, Min/Max records highest and lowest readings, Data Hold freezes the display for easy -Voltiewing, NC-Volt Detector with audible/-Voltisual alerts, Relati-Volte Mode for making comparisons to a stored reference -Voltalue, Auto power off, and a built-in flashlight.
