Tremco Vulkem 116 is a multi purpose, polyurethane sealant for use on a variety of exterior surfaces. It is a durable and flexible sealant that is rated for +/- 25% movement capability offering excellent performance for dynamic joints. Vulkem 116 is an excellent general purpose sealant designed for use on a variety of projects including poured and precast concrete, masonry work, window and door perimeters, and similar types of construction joints. Properly clean substrates before sealant is applied for maximum performance. Exterior use only.
