Removable hood makes for easy cleaning. Knock-down design saves on shipping costs. Standard 10 in. screen height. 3/4 in. animal proof oval hole mesh prevents creosote build up. Wide 1-1/2 in. flange for easy installation. For the correct size measure the overall chimney crown size length and width. Than subtract 3 in. from the length and width to get the correct screen to screen size. Please note: the highest flue on your chimney must be 5 in. or less for this type of chimney cap to maintain proper drafting. This cap will fit a chimney crown that size is 20 in. x 24 in. or larger. 24-Gauge hood size is: 24 in. x 26 in. 22-Gauge screen to screen size is: 17 in. x 21 in. Overall 22-Gauge base size with mounting flange is: 20 in. x 24 in.
