## Description

Tekton sockets have large, stamped markings that are permanently impressed into the material by a roll-stamp die and are as large as possible while still being readable along the socket's curved surface. The exterior of the socket is chrome-plated to resist corrosion and wipe clean to a mirror finish. The interior is protected against corrosion with chrome plating that is supplemented with a clear coat or painted finish where needed for full coverage. The 6-point socket opening provides an exact fit and maximum contact for hex fasteners. Radiused corners prevent fastener round-off by applying force to a fastener's flat sides, rather than its corners. Four detent grooves provide a secure connection with the retaining ball of a drive tool, and beveled inner rims help guide the socket onto other tools. This set includes socket rail organization with twist-to-lock clips.
