Heritage Proline Titan XT Premium Architectural Shingles feature some of the most advanced shingle technology in the industry. With powerful engineering, Titan XT shingles are designed to offer an advantage for both homeowners and contractors, combining in-demand product features into 1 Extreme Technology shingle designed to help weather extreme conditions. Heritage Proline Titan XT shingles have a fiberglass mat construction with a random-cut sawtooth design. 2-Layers of fiberglass mat coated with asphalt, surfaced with mineral granules and then laminated together. The shingles feature a self-sealing strip of enhanced polymer-modified asphalt shingle sealant and a 2 in. reinforcing strip of polyester fabric on the back of the shingle, attached in the common bond area to provide added anchoring for the expanded 1-1/2 in. nail zone. The reinforced nailing zone and enhanced sealant inspired a new 160 mph WindGUARD Warranty, when applied in accordance with Titan XT's High Wind Application Instructions.
