Syston Duraflex Premium Tracer Wire 600V is a low voltage underground locating cable designed for accurate detection of buried utility lines. Built with a 14 AWG solid bare copper conductor, it provides superior signal tracing performance compared to steel or CCA tracer wires, ensuring reliable conductivity over long distances. The cable features a High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (HMWPE) insulation with 45 mil (0.045"") thickness, delivering outstanding resistance to moisture, abrasion, oxidation, and chemical exposure. Fully direct burial rated, it can be installed directly in contact with soil, including wet or harsh outdoor environments, without requiring additional conduit. It is sunlight resistant, supports an operating temperature range of -40°F to +140°F, and is available in multiple color options to meet APWA utility marking requirements (Yellow, Red, Blue).Engineered for professional contractors, this tracer wire is tested physically and electrically to meet NEC installation standards, and is RoHS compliant for safe use without restricted materials. When splicing, we recommend using 3M DBR/Y-6 connectors or silicone-filled waterproof nuts for long-lasting moisture protection. Ideal for gas lines, electrical lines, water services, fiber conduit, sewer and drainage lines, and municipal utility mapping.
