We are not responsible for the wrong dimensions given by the contractors or customers. P.O. BOXES will NOT be accepted. It is ¾" thick and designed to sit FLUSH on this sized hardwood floors. We also accept custom made orders to your specific thickness. Please contact us directly. The register comes integrated with a box unit that makes installation easy. Our registers DO NOT come with louvers or dampers box to control airflow.
