## Description

SharkBite Max Water Filter Installation Kit is the fastest and easiest way to install your water filter system in your home. The kit includes the newly designed ¾ in. SharkBite Max fittings (Male Adapter and Slip Male Adapter) with disconnect clip, which delivers more strength and durability with a higher 250 psi pressure rating. Simply thread the male adapter onto either the inlet or outlet end of the water filter unit and thread the slip male adapter to the opposite side. SharkBite Max connectors do not require a PEX tube liner, and the re-engineered body allows you to insert the pipe using less force and greater ease making installs even easier. No soldering, clamps, unions, glue, or special tools required. After inserting into the pipe, stainless steel teeth bite down and grip the pipe tightly while a specially formulated O-ring compresses around the pipe to create a watertight seal. (SharkBite push-to-connect fittings are the fastest when compared to other conventual plumbing methods. All other comparisons relate to first generation SharkBite push-to-connect products).
