SEACHROME's Profile Bench Shower Seat combines the support of an 18 in. grab bar w/ the convenience of a removable folding shower seat, creating a reliable shower seating solution designed for safety, stability and everyday comfort. This innovative design integrates an 18 in. stainless-steel grab bar w/ a removable folding shower seat, providing dependable support for standing, transfers, and seated showering. The bench supports up to 250 lbs. and meets ADA minimum load requirements when properly installed. The seating surface is crafted from durable phenolic material that is water-resistant non-porous, sanitary and easy to maintain, making it ideal for long-term use in wet shower environments. The supporting grab bar and frame are constructed from 304 stainless-steel to help resist rust and corrosion for lasting durability. The seat can remain attached for seated support, fold into a slim 7 in. profile against the wall when not in use or be fully removed and stored away when additional shower space is desired maximizing shower space. Its mounted grab bar also grants reinforced support and stability during seated transfers as well as reliable assistance when the seat is removed. Robust support legs distribute weight between the wall and floor while rubber leveling feet provide up to 1-1/2 in. of adjustment to help ensure stable floor contact and provide added security during seated transfers. Exclusively designed for walk-in showers and not intended for bathtub installations.
