Rust-Oleum 1 Gal. Moisture Stop penetrates deep into the concrete. Penetrates to fill the pores of concrete and chemically reacts with the minerals forming a silicate mineral. Prevents salt damage, radon gas and moisture while retaining the look of natural concrete.
