Rapid Set Concrete Leveler Primer (CLP) improves the adhesion of Concrete Leveler to properly prepared concrete. CLP also seals porous concrete surfaces to prevent pinholes and bubbles from forming in the finished surface. One quart covers about 50 sq. ft. to 100 sq. ft.
