This Prime-Line U 9939 is a steel lock with a brass finish used to secure vertical windows while allowing ventilated air to enter that room. Typically, these locks are used to secure a window in the ventilating position to allow fresh air in and keeps the room secure. When in use these locks allow you to lock window in either a closed or ventilating position. Maintain the security of your home and allow some ventilation of your room. Each package contains 2 locks and screws so you can secure multiple windows.
