Polyniche is a lightweight shower niche, consisting of an eps core with a liquid applied waterproof membrane, then coated with an acrylic polymer . It is ready to tile right out of the box and installs in minutes, saving you time and money over conventional shower niche construction methods. Polyniche shower niche is designed to act as an in-wall recessed shower accessory, used in both commercial and residential shower or tub stalls. Polyniche is made from high density eps, and is designed to fit between conventional 16 in. On center studs, without modification to existing studs. Polyniche requires the use of polymer modified thin set during tile installation.
