Installs and tightens from above the sink using an included tool that works with your hand or with a portable drill. Comes complete no-putty sealing gasket, and 1-1/4-in diameter tailpiece for connecting to trap way. To operate, just push the top of the drain to toggle between open and closed. Check your choice of sink to see if there is an integral overflow, as this model drain only works with sinks with the overflow feature.
