This drum dolly is constructed from structural steel with reinforced cross bracing, offering a robust build capable of supporting up to 1,200 lbs. Its durable powder-coated finish and strong welds are designed to resist rust and withstand demanding conditions. The unit features a detachable handle that doubles as a lever, facilitating the lifting and tilting of drums. Loading is accomplished by sliding the base under the drum, often with foot assistance, and then reattaching the handle for movement. A secure cradle design helps contain contents and reduce spills. For mobility, it is equipped with one 360° locking swivel wheel and 2 fixed wheels, providing stability and precise steering. This configuration allows for easy navigation in confined areas, with the option to lock the swivel wheel for stationary security on various surfaces. The dolly is suitable for standard 55 gal. drums and also fits 30 gal. containers, making it adaptable for moving substances like oil, chemicals, water, or waste in industrial, workshop, or storage settings.
