These cabinet clamps are engineered for precise face-frame alignment during cabinet installation. They accommodate stiles from 1.5 to 2 in. thick and open up to 4 in., with jaw widths ranging from 2.95 to 5.3 in. The aluminum alignment plate fits depths between 1.25 and 1.5 in. and helps position 2-cabinets flush front to back. A built-in drill guide accepts a 1/8- in. bit to create accurate 1/4- in. pilot holes, but only works on cabinets with a front lip—not flush-mounted units. Felt pads on clamp faces and the alignment plate prevent surface marring. Constructed from cast steel with steel T-bars and an aluminum plate, they deliver up to 440 lbs. of clamping force while resisting rust. The design eliminates repositioning by integrating drill guides directly into the clamp structure. They require proper placement of adhesive felt pads on both the alignment plate and secondary arms to protect cabinet finishes.
