## Description

AC Granular Ice and StormSeal underlayment is excellent for asphalt shingle, wood shakes or quarry slate roofs. The underlayment is self-adhered and the granulated asphalt layer provides a slip-resistant surface for traction and safe installation. AC Granular Ice and StormSeal prevent moisture entry into structures by sealing uniformly to the deck and around nail penetrations. The underlayment protects buildings from damage due to ice dams or wind driven rain. No special adhesives, heat or equipment are necessary to install this product.
