The 18 in. square catch basin drain kit is designed to take care of heavy flows from lawns, landscaped areas, parks, driveways, and courtyards, and includes the components you need to collect and direct water to drainpipe. The all-in-1 kit contains a 2-opening polyethylene catch basin drain, polyethylene drain grate (or drain cover), 2-outlet adapters to make the connection to 6 in. and 8 in. drainpipes, 2-reducer rings to fit additional pipe sizes, and drain plug. Put the catch basin to work, and it does more than just catch water-as part of a complete drainage system, it directs water to connected drainpipes which carry the water to a discharge point such as a pop-up emitter, or to percolate into the ground with a dry well or infiltration trench.
