Square Catch Basin Drain Kit has all the components you need to connect to drain pipe: a 12 in. catch basin with 2 openings, 2 outlet adapters which connect to 3 in. and 4 in. drain pipes, a galvanized steel grate and 1 plug. As part of a complete drainage system, the catch basin directs water to connected drain pipes which carry the water to a discharge point downstream such as a pop-up emitter or to percolate into the ground with a dry well or infiltration trench. The catch basin is made of polypropylene and the drain grate, also known as a drain cover, is made of galvanized steel.
