The GAF Master Flow Resin Power Foundation Vent in Black helps reduce moisture and prevent decay in your foundation during peak moisture seasons of the year. Featuring a net free vent area of 57 sq. in., the fan within the unit operates only when plugged into a 120-volt AC power source. This UV-resistant, resin-constructed unit is easily installed and removed by slipping the unit in the opening, and is held in place by tightening the four screws in the face of the unit.
