The 12V max CXT Brushless Polisher/Sander Kit (VP01R1) is a compact solution for precise detail polishing or sanding applications. A dual speed selector provides 0-2,800 RPM in polish mode and 0-9,500 RPM in sanding mode. A variable speed trigger with power lock-on provides added convenience. The brushless motor enables the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer run time performance and rubberized gear housing helps protect delicate surfaces. The polisher/sander features Anti-restart protection, which engineered to prevent motor start up when the battery is inserted with power switch in locked-on position. It is equipped with a 3" polishing backing plate and 2" sanding backing plate for increased versatility. The CXT System provides the utmost compact solution with superior comfort and capacity. The superior ergonomics allow for easy handling. The slide-style battery design offers improved balance and lets tools stand up.
