No contractor.It's a 100% silicone coating that goes on thick. Up to 40 mil in one coat, full protection on most flat roofs in a single pass. It cures into one flexible white membrane with no seams for water to sneak through. Cheap coatings crack and peel after a season. Ours doesn't. It stretches with your roof through summer heat and winter cold, and the sun doesn't faze it.The white finish does real work. It reflects 84% of the sun's heat (SRI 113), so your roof runs cooler and your AC gets a break all summer. And one coat does the job on most flat roofs, so you can knock it out in a weekend.Works on just about any roof worth saving. Flat, low-slope, sloped, and metal roofs, mobile homes, and sheds. It sticks to concrete, EPDM, PVC, SPF foam, built-up roofs, and mod-bit. For concrete, PVC, SPF and built-up, prime with Liquid Rubber Multipurpose Primer first. For TPO and EPDM, use Liquid Rubber EPDM & TPO Primer. It'll even go over most old silicone coatings, which most products won't touch.Roll it, brush it, or spray it onto a clean, dry roof between 50 and 86°F. Need a second coat? Recoat in 2 to 4 hours. No solvents, low VOC, no stink. Seal it once. Stop worrying about it.
