## Description

Crafted from aluminosilicate, this board features a high density of 600 kg/m³, supporting stable thermal performance. It is Class A1 fire resistant, with a long-term service temperature of about 1400°C and a maximum use temperature of 1500°C, making it suitable for various heating treatment settings. Its thermal conductivity of 0.082 W/(m.k) and R-value of 0.24 k.m²/W provide effective heat insulation. Compared to common organic ceramic fiber products, it offers higher R-value, rigidity, strength and durability, and releases minimal smoke, smell and darkness when heated. Additionally, it is tough, robust and non-toxic, with notable resistance to thermal shock and chemical attack, and can be easily cut with a saw or sharp knife. It works as heat shields and thermal insulation for equipment such as furnaces, ovens and wood stoves.
