The included flapper is a universal design to fit most brands and features a wide range of adjustability to fit toilets made after the year 2000. The 5010 kit does NOT fit Kohler toilets. Easy to install, the 5010MP includes (1) 528MP Fill Valve, (1) Refill Tube and Clip, (1) 3060 Flapper, (1) 5030 Flush Valve, (1) Set of Instructions, (3) Bolts, (3) Rubber Washers, (3) Metal Washers, (3) Nuts, and (1) Set of Instructions.
