3-strand twisted anchor lines are made with 100% Nylon and are designed to give maximum stability, strength and flexibility. Nylon's high resistance to abrasion, oil, rot and mildew, as well as its superior UV resistance, makes it an excellent choice for dock lines and anchor lines. Professionally hand spliced eye on 1 end with a built-in 1/2 in. galvanized steel thimble for attachment to anchors or other devices. Nylon does not float, so it's the optimal material for anchor lines. Melt and tape the ends to prevent unravelling. Do not use for overhead lifting. Never exceed the Safe Working Load (SWL).
