The JONARD TOOLS JIC-190 Flush Cut Kevlar Cutters are designed to cut Kevlar, cabling insulation, tape, cable ties, and other materials flush to the surface. These cutters feature the following. Thin-nose jaws provide easy access into tight places and allow for flush cutting of Kevlar to the fiber jacket. Serrated edge holds Kevlar in place for clean and precise cutting. Non-serrated blade can be sharpened for continuous long life. Spring-loaded TPR (thermoplastic rubber) handles return to the open position for enhanced ergonomics and reduced hand fatigue.
