The combined WSP-100 and WGB21B-KS system provides whole-house water protection by first removing coarse sediment and then reducing chemical contaminants. The WSP-100 prefilter uses a reusable 100-micron stainless steel mesh screen to trap sand, rust, and other large particles before they reach the main filters. Its durable brass head and easy flush-out design help extend the lifespan of the screen and reduce strain on the rest of the system.After sediment is removed, the WGB21B-KS system uses two filtration stages to improve water quality. The first stage features a coconut-shell carbon block that targets chlorine, unpleasant tastes, and odors. The second stage uses KDF and GAC media to further reduce heavy metals, remaining chlorine, and other chemical impurities. Independently tested, the system can remove up to 99% of contaminants and reduce chlorine by up to 96.34%.Designed for convenience and performance, the system offers a 50,000-gallon capacity, up to 15 GPM flow, and a 1-inch inlet/outlet. It arrives preassembled with a mounting bracket, filter cartridges, a wrench, and a pressure release valve for easier maintenance. Together, these components ensure cleaner, clearer water throughout the home while protecting plumbing and appliances and keeping maintenance simple.
