Made with 0.13-inch diameter premium stainless-steel cables, each Insta-Rail kit will complete a railing area 72 inches long and is designed for railings measuring 42 inches in total height. Kits can be combined or cut down to complete any length project. Insta-Rail Vertical Cable lengths are not adjustable and require an install area 30.5 inches to 30.75 inches between the top and bottom rails of your framing. Comprised of grade 304 stainless steel, these kits are not suited for saltwater climates. Installation is DIY friendly and can be completed with household tools. Depending on installation method, condition of existing framing, natural cable flexing, and testing procedures by a local inspector, these kits may result in code failure for exceeding the 4-inch maximum baluster to baluster test.
