This cable railing kit is a versatile solution for various railing projects. It is designed for 1/8 in. wire rope and can be used in multi-angled stairways and horizontal sections. The multi-angle feature and adjustable closed-body allow the turnbuckle to rotate from 0-180° and adjust in length from a maximum of 10.1 in. to a minimum of 6.8 in. The package comes with 10 turnbuckles, 10 terminals, 42 screws, and 1 bent wrench. With this kit, you can create up to 10 cable runs with a maximum span of 30 ft. between end posts. It's important to note that post spacing should not exceed 4 ft and cable spacing should not exceed 4 in. For distances over 30 ft. or when there are corners, a new installation with another kit is needed. Installation is easy as it doesn't require pre - drilling and can be done by simply tightening the screws. The wide adjustable range is very helpful, especially for beginners. You can use a steel rod like an allen wrench (not included) with the bent wrench to tighten the turnbuckle more easily. It is suitable for both wood posts and wood posts with sleeves.
