It includes all necessary tubing clips, fittings and a cutter, only requiring a basic wrench to tighten connections during installation after you pre-plan the placement of your air compressor and compressed air outlets. Constructed with high-density polyethylene layered with an aluminum core, the tubing is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and ductile, with a smooth inner surface that cuts down on the energy needed to push compressed air through the system and maintains consistent operating pressure across extended use, rated for 200PSI at 73℉ and 160PSI at 140℉. No glue, soldering or crimping is needed for assembly, with included L-shaped and T-shaped fittings for versatile routing. The 3/4-inch inner diameter, 1-inch outer diameter tubing is flexible enough to bend to custom shapes with a 6-8 inch bend radius, and comes in 100-foot continuous lengths to minimize leak points. Expanding or modifying the system is simple and low-cost by adding extra accessories to the existing pneumatic line.
