## Description

The G0561 7" x 12" 1 HP Metal-Cutting Bandsaw was designed to cut 7" round and 7" X 12" rectangular metal stock. It can cut in either horizontal or vertical positions. The 93" x 3/4" blade rotates at one of the four blade speeds (90, 135, 195, and 255 FPM). Blade speed adjustments are as easy as moving the location of the V-belt on the motor and wheel pulleys. The feed rate and feed pressure are also adjustable. For optimal cutting and blade life, you will want to watch the chips that exit the cut and increase or decrease the feed rate according to chip characteristics. The coolant system helps provide optimum working results and extended longevity of blades. A chip screen is designed to prevent chips and cutoffs from entering the coolant tank. The quick-release clamping vise securely holds your work piece and adjusts for cuts between 0° and 45°. Made in an ISO 9001 factory
