It can be painted or wallpapered and can be installed on walls or ceilings. Installation is fast and easy with SheetLock technology. Use the provided SheetLock tabs (available in ½ inch or 5/8 inch) to secure the frame into the wall - no adhesive needed! The door can be removed completely to allow for secure access to service areas for plumbing, electrical, security systems, telephone, computer cables, and all other in-wall systems.
