This lead-free flare coupling works perfectly with forged nuts (sold separately) for additional security with gases and liquids. It is made to join 2 pipes, often in air or vacuum lines. Unlike soldered fittings, this coupling can be connected and disconnected. The brass is corrosion resistant, and the fittings conform to NSF 372 and 61 and are registered in Mass.
