Everbilt 1/4 in. Plain E-Clip 2-Pieces

These E-clips, or retaining rings, fit in a machined groove in a shaft to secure items. A stamped spring metal clip with 3 prongs, give this ring its E shape. The E-clip fits in a groove on the metal shaft assembly. The 3 internal prongs on the clip make contact with the bottom of the groove providing the locking feature.
