The Crescent H.K. Porter 9 in. Steel Strap Cutter features shear-cut blades which give clean, smooth, and easy cuts. It is capable of cutting steel straps up to 3/4" wide. The spring-action handles with plastisol grips open jaws automatically before and after each cut.
