The BEHR PREMIUM Concrete and Masonry Bonding Primer is a high-performance, ready-to-use pre-treatment for porous concrete. This high-performance water-based primer will promote a uniform topcoat finish. Also creates a stronger adhesion between the coating and surface. Can be used on uncoated or previously coated surfaces.
