## Description

FlashMate is a single-component, extremely durable, flexible silicone sealant/caulk that forms a watertight seal in small joints and narrow seams. FlashMate can be applied under most weather conditions, even through standing water. America FlashMate 10 oz. Sealant adheres to metals, glass, vinyl, brick, stone, concrete (fully dry/cured). Basic uses include sealing chimney flashing, pipe boots, cap-beading, nail fins, snow guards, roof vents, trim and penetrations. Also it can be used for sealing rivets, corner joints, screw heads, awnings, vent flashings, thresholds, and other narrow seams and joints.
