For your safety, this model will stop and reverse if encounters an obstruction on closing or opening. Built in adjustable auto-close future. The motor makes the opener comfortable and reliable to operate but up to a certain range of 2700 lbs. This package contains 20 ft. chain and if the capacity exceeds more than 20 ft., extra chain is required to support.
