## Description

The High Efficiency powered attic ventilator comes with a ECM - Electronically Commutated Motor with an on-board computer to monitor and adjust to the temperature and humidity in the attic. The variable speed motor provides a quiet start up and reduces wear and tear on the motor while minimizing electricity consumption. On average, The HE15 consumes about $20 electricity costs annually; which is about $60 less per year compared to traditional power fan running 4 hours a day at average electricity costs. This is due to the unique motor and on-board computer that monitors and adjusts to the conditions in the attic. It features a low-profile dome, the power fan is unobtrusive when installed on the back side of your roof.
